2. Add Math is tough, how do I tackle it?

MAIN IDEAS	TIPS
Core Strategy	Understand → don’t just memorize. For example, in differentiation, know it means “rate of change.” Break problems into smaller steps.
Key Topics	Functions & Inverse Functions Quadratic Equations & Inequalities Differentiation & Applications (max/min problems, rate of change) Integration & Area under Curves Probability & Statistics
Study Tips	Practice at least 5 questions daily from different chapters. Use graphing calculator or software to visualize functions. Start with easy/moderate questions before tackling HOTS (KBAT) ones.
Common Mistakes	Misapplying formulas (especially in differentiation/integration). Skipping steps (losing method marks).
Exam Hack	Even if you can’t solve fully, write down formulas & first steps – you’ll get method marks. If stuck, move on → don’t waste 15 mins on one question.
