VOCABULARY
Cambridge Dictionary defines Vocabulary - all the words used by a particular person, or all the words that exist in a particular language or subject.
Pupils in Year 4 are preparing themselves before they can write an essay. It is very important for pupils to be ready with lots of words that they are familiar with to begin their exploration in writing.
When learning new words are taken seriously by teachers, pupils will be able to read, remember, discuss the meaning of the words, make them familiar in writing context and finally they can use the knowledge to excel in writing.
