They will learn to use nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, and prepositions appropriately in sentences, ensuring clarity and precision in their communication.Students will practice using nouns and pronouns in context, understanding when and how to use common, collective, reflexive, and interrogative pronouns. They will gain confidence in using verbs in different tenses and constructing sentences with clear subject-verb agreement.
The chapter will also introduce students to the appropriate use of conjunctions and prepositions, helping them connect ideas and describe relationships between objects, places, and actions. Students will learn to use adjectives and adverbs to add detail and description to their writing, enhancing their ability to express themselves with variety and accuracy.
