ChesuTI is an innovation game produced by researcher and student (Ahmad Hafiz Mohamad). It is based on the topic of isometric transformation which includes translation, reflection and rotation.
Rules of ChesuTI Game:
ChesuTI game is a complete game with a combination of interactive elements in strengthening the concepts of reflection, rotation, and translation in the topic of Isometric Transformation. ChesuTI is a strategy game that involves two players or pairing players. Defeating the King is the main goal to win this game. In general, ChesuTI games are from a combination and adaptation of three original ideas, namely the concept of chess games, Yu-Gi-Oh card games and learning mathematics in the topic of Isometric Transformation. ChesuTI games ChesuTI consist of three (3) main part that is ChesuTIboard, ChesuTI Pieces, and Action and Magic Card.
For ChesuTIboard, A2 saiz consist of 256 comportment (16x16). There are several components of Green and Red areas, 1 Deck, 2 Magic, 1 Action and 1 Graveyard plot for each player. Green area is the starting area for ChesuTI pieces Rotation, Reflection, and Translation. While red area is the starting area for King ChesuTI pieces. For Deck plot, it the area for placing all cards. Magic plot is the area for placing magic cards while Action plot is the area for placing the action card. Lastly Graveyard plot where it the area for placing used cards.
ChesuTI pieces consist of 4 types of shapes, namely square, rectangles, right-angled triangles, and equilateral triangles that represent distinctive movements and functions. ChesuTI pieces consist of King, Rotation, Reflection and Translation Pawn. King are the main ChesuTI pieces while Rotation, Reflection and Translation chess pieces represent rotational movement, reflection and translation are attacking ChesuTI pieces.
There are two types of card for ChesuTI consist of Action cards and Magic cards. The function of the Action card is to move the ChesuTI pieces while the Magic card has its own unique function to help the player. Each player has 40 cards. There are 8 Action cards for Rotation, 8 Action cards for Reflection, and 8 Action cards for Translation. For Magic card, there is 6 kind of card that consist 3 Double Move, 3 Another Action, 2 Double Draw, 3 Random Remove, 3 Teleport, and 2 Swap. Unique function for Double Move is to allowed Action cards to move twice. For Another Action card, it allowed to use another Action card at the same turn. For Double Draw, it allowed player to take two cards from the deck. Random Remove card allowed player to randomly remove one of current opponent card and put in in the Graveyard port. Next is Teleport, it allowed ne of any ChesuTI pieces to jump at coordinates (3,3) or (3, -3) or (-3, -3) or (-3,3). Last is Swap, it allowed to change position between any ChesuTI pieces. For each round, players are only allowed to use 1 action card and 2 magic cards.
